I was then compelled to pay for seat reservations just to restore the safe seating we initially had. This not only infringes on our rights as consumers but also goes against regulations that mandate safe and appropriate seating for minors. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, the support team blamed me and offered no assistance. This negligence regarding safety, legal obligations, and customer rights is absolutely intolerable.
