The company needs to train their drivers better. It's unacceptable for a driver to stop in the middle of the road to ask for directions. The ride was extremely uncomfortable due to excessive heat, and despite multiple polite requests, the driver refused to turn off the heating. SHAME ON YOU! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AT ALL! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.
