I strongly recommend avoiding this service. The drivers were very rude to passengers. I was nearly thrown off the bus because I didn't understand the local language, and they refused to assist me. I lost important personal items during a stressful situation. Attempts to contact support were unhelpful, leaving me frustrated in a foreign country.
