We asked where, says platform 1 again. Are you sure? Of course, it is paltform 1!16:00 It says on the application that the bus is 17 minutes late. OK, not terrible.16:20 there is no bus.16:30 there is still no bus. Back to the counter. The woman has no idea where the bus is. She calls the driver. Still has no idea.Another woman arrives: "Ah, that bus left a long time ago, you have to follow it yourself where it departures from and when it leaves".Really????At 16:40 the app says that the bus should already be in Sukošan at 16:39.Just by chance, we see a FlixBus entering at Platform 2.Our bus to Vodice!!! Full like a fish can, we can forget the reservation because the driver shouts "quick, quick, I'm late" and he is not interested in our reservation. We sat where there was room, luckily we found the last two separated seats.Conclusion: Never again!!!Here no one knows when the bus arrives, where it will stop, when it leaves, if there is room and you can forget about the paid reservation.Customer service, of course, is non-existent. "Send us an e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible“. I needed suport now, not an answer in a few days.Disaster from the company!
