Today i had the worst experience i ever had with FlixBus "N884 Antwerp Rooseveltplaats"!!!On my trip from Graz to Munich, the bus was full with Croatian passengers, there were two drunk passengers who brought a bag of beers on the bus. They were loud, disruptive, and started provoking other passengers, including myself.Despite the obvious disturbance and the fact that I was directly targeted, the bus driver did nothing to address the situation or ensure the safety and comfort of the other passengers. It was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable that FlixBus allowed this to happen. I felt unsafe and disrespected throughout the journey. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated, and I hope FlixBus takes steps to ensure it doesn't happen again.
