The service should ensure that drivers are properly trained instead of stopping in the middle of the road to ask for directions from pedestrians. The ride was extremely uncomfortable due to the excessive heat, and despite polite requests from multiple passengers, the driver refused to turn off the heating. This experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend this service and suggest avoiding it altogether.
