I bought a 2 seat ticket for my friend(husband and wife) and When they where validating their ticket, the inspector did not accept the 2 seat ticket for both of them the inspector argued that the ticket is valid only for 1 person, and he ask them that they needed to buy a new ticket for the second passenger without issuing a receipt. Now I understand Why they offer ticket a very low price, because it's very difficult to make changes on your reservation ticket, when you make mistakes changing it online will always incurs commission and or penalty, and if you make a cancellation of ticket you will get almost nothing they only issue voucher. (Practically you should not make mistake and you must be sure 100 percent to travel on the date and time you selected).for example I cancel the return ticket 34,99 I recieved a voucher of 9.95 (prenotazione (#3219937554) and they don't have 24hrs customer service.
