Helen saved the day! I struggled with Docusign, though I’ve used it several times before. It was unresponsive in some sections of the form. I called FLOGAS and had a chat initially, but this didn’t resolve matters. I rang a second time and was put through to Helen. She immediately offered to complete the contract re-sign over the telephone. All done in a couple of minutes. Perfect.
