I spent 50 mins on a call this morning, as my bill wasn't issues on the 19th as usual. I am a vulnerable customer and was being fobbed off and told that if I cancel my DD in case of overcharging l, that I broke my contract and would lose my discounted rate. I explained that if a wrong amount was taken out it would leave me without being able to purchase my monthly meds, which would cause me to become very ill. Firstly no supervisor available and then suddenly there was. I was a basically threatening me in a respectful way that they will penalise me and although I offered to ring and pay immediately, that they would still take me off the discounted rate. And you could hear the smugness. They broke the contract first, not me and it is appalling that with their issues causing mayhem, they were instructed to ignore the customers. So whenever they decide to let me know how much I have to pay, it will be alot higher than my usual monthly payment. Ah sure they said I have 2 weeks to pay or go on a budget plan. Totally oblivious and lack of concern, shing through. Do not go near flogas, in all my years have I ever been treat with such lack of respect. Just didn't want to lift a finger. And no department can talk to the other department.
