My mum had a leak in her ensuite which flooded her bedroom, the carpet was saturated. FES arrived the same day, sucked the water out and set up the equipment to dry the carpet. They did a great job but what I was more impressed with was the way the staff treated my Mum, who has dementia. They were so gracious, laughed and joked with her and treated her with kindness and respect.
