Horrible customer service….bought duralux flooring and after 6 months it started lifting in a few areas…put in a warranty claim …they made up reasons to deny the claim..they said there was water damage…there was none…they said I could pay $500 and get my own inspector.Well if I did they would still deny the claim!They offer warranties but have absolutely no intention of ever paying out on them…stay away!
