Very disappointing experience. I spent hours selecting over $7000 worth of tiles. When I went to get the grout, they were completely out. After finally finding an employee, I was told they were out and that was all—no offers to check other locations or provide alternatives. I ended up leaving three carts full of tiles behind and walked out. Very poor service. Looks like I’ll be going elsewhere.

I can't praise the staff at the local store enough. From the supportive design team to the loading crew and evening manager, everyone was fantastic. Special thanks to a staff member who went above and beyond in customer service. I never had to seek help; they have an outstanding team. This has been a very positive experience, and I encourage everyone to visit this new location!
I’m genuinely disappointed with the company. For such a large entity, their treatment of military discounts feels misleading. They claim to honor military members, but it’s really just sporadic in-store events that you only learn about if you ask. There’s no year-round discount, no consistency, and no transparency. Compared to competitors who offer real, everyday military discounts, this feels dishonest. Moreover, the company lacks promo codes or meaningful savings at a time when home improvement costs are rising. When spending thousands on flooring, it would be reasonable to expect straightforward discounts or loyalty programs. While their products are decent, the lack of transparency and inconsistent military discounts make it challenging to justify shopping here when competitors clearly provide better options.
