Order number: 41631. I purchased three boxes of flooring from this company for a small room. Upon delivery, I found a damaged plank in one box and two damaged in another. The packaging was robust, indicating the damage occurred before dispatch. I sent pictures to the company to express my concern, along with follow-up emails, but received no response. Eventually, I gave up and will be looking elsewhere for my future flooring needs.
On Thursday, I spoke with a representative who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to know how quickly I could receive some flooring urgently. While most other places were quoting one to two weeks, I was able to order that morning, and my order arrived two working days later. I was kept updated throughout the process.
