Every response on the site and here is AI and im going to prove it. I have already emailed them my information and copies of my ID several times after your verification system did not work before or after the update. Here I am leaving my email address whuch is niqhtiesATyahoo.com, which will allow them to pull up my information and manually verify my ID, but I bet their AI answers here, says it understands my frustration and wants me to email them all of my personal info along with the issue when not only have I done so repeatedly, I left my email here to be connected.

I’d like all of us to file BBB complaints and State Attorney General against this company for Consumer Fraud + Deceptive Business Practices. Processing and Issuance timelines are defined. They misrepresent that funds are cashable when they are not. There are hundreds of users experiencing this problem with no customer support. This social betting platform needs to be taken down and served with action. I am building a suit against them, please contact me if you would like to be apart of it.

I got the same generic AI response that any initial email gets...that ignores the fact i have already provided all of my information and issue, and asks me to provide it all over again.

I would give negative stars if I could. do not spend any money on this site because you will never see your winnings. they have had me in a "payouts resume" lock out for awhile now and 3 times now they have extended it another month. they do not respond to emails unless its just a generic response in regards to nothing you asked about. this site needs to be shut down. what they are doing cannot be legal.
