Do not use this company to do your floors. Initially they were very good when making the appointment to quote the floors. Then it all went down hill. The flooring and necessary parts were not ordered so there was a delay. Then another delay because the initial ordering of material was not done correctly. What was suppose to take 3 days turned into two weeks. After all the materials finally came they had to fix some issues with the floor because it was not installed correctly. I am now trying to get a hold of the supervisor so we can get a final inspection to address the torn carpet, moving planks and incorrect transition install but my calls and texts are being ignored. I will be hiring another flooring company to fix the issues since Floordaddy doesn't seem to stand behind their work.
