I called Floor Daddy in Tempe about getting new floors and had an awesome experience. The rep was super friendly and really knew their stuff. They’re sending a design consultant to my home with samples so I can see what looks best with my cabinets and lighting — love that! Super easy to work with and very professional. Wow! Thoroughly impressed! I’m here at Floor Daddy in Tempe viewing all the beautiful flooring choices to choose from. Really liked how the tile was displayed, showing all the different color combinations. Everybody, the entire staff has been incredibly friendly, and easy to speak with. The customer service team is incredible! I would highly recommend contacting Floor Daddy if you need new flooring and installation for your home.
Do not use this company to do your floors. Initially they were very good when making the appointment to quote the floors. Then it all went down hill. The flooring and necessary parts were not ordered so there was a delay. Then another delay because the initial ordering of material was not done correctly. What was suppose to take 3 days turned into two weeks. After all the materials finally came they had to fix some issues with the floor because it was not installed correctly. I am now trying to get a hold of the supervisor so we can get a final inspection to address the torn carpet, moving planks and incorrect transition install but my calls and texts are being ignored. I will be hiring another flooring company to fix the issues since Floordaddy doesn't seem to stand behind their work.
Great company, great employees and contractors. My sales rep (Larry-request him he has over 40 years in the flooring business) did a great job in helping me choose the best flooring for my master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet. He came on Tuesday and we got contract signed. Installers did an awesome job and came Friday morning and stayed and finished the job working well into the evening. All along the way the company kept in contact and made sure all went well. Now the floors in master bedroom looks great! (Pictures show progress during job and final work when done in same day!)
