Would have liked to give 5 stars however was let down by the lack of communication from this company.I had been trying to get my order #40307008 scheduled for delivery but have had zero confirmation or emails to confirm that the process has started!I did also use the webchat and was told that they could start the delivery process but again I heard nothing! My order did turn up without warning and was lucky that I happened to be home!! All I wanted was some acknowledgement to my emails regarding delivery instead of a wall of silence! The floor is great and easy to order and the delivery guy was kind and helpful.
