Purchased an item that was the wrong color (my mistake).Tried to cancel it 2 min later yet no option to cancelSent a message stating the order color had to be changed.They acknowledged that they received the request (2 min after my purchase) but because no one replied from their organization that a change was made (over the next 7 days) that they are not responsible to have made the change.So they said yes we got told you wanted to make the change, Yes we got told 2 min after you ordered, but we didn't reply so we didn't have to make the change.They now want me to pay for return yet I can't get anyone on the phone or in their (faster lol) live chat that I was 2 min away form someone chatting and that was over an hour ago.No one is answering the phone or chat or now even text says they may take 2 days to reply.I was told I should have cancelled the order and they can';t tell me how I was to do that. Oh My
