I ordered from flooring revolution on 27th November. I communicated with their customer care team who confirmed the number of packs available in the flooring I wanted. I went ahead and ordered that many packs on their website along with underlay and paid successfully and had an order confirmation on 27/11. Then on the 4/12 I chased to see when the flooring would be delivered as I hadn’t had any communication from the company of the dispatch of my flooring. Only to be told that flooring isn’t available so they can’t ship it and to choose a different, more expensive flooring. When I suggested I didn’t want to pay any more for the flooring and are they happy to swap for like for like on the flooring I ordered in the Black Friday Sale, they mentioned that there are no like for like flooring options and I’d have to pay the difference! The issues I have here are: 1) the customer agent told me that they in fact DID have that stock ahead of me ordering it. 2) the website allowed me to order and pay for the flooring 3) there was no communication between me ordering and then chasing on delivery a week later to suggest that the flooring wasn’t available 4) their solution was that I pay more for a different flooring if I wanted any flooring at all. This is horrendous service and not how to do business. I wouldn’t order from here again unless you’d like to be mis -sold…
