Didn't put my order through to warehouse when ordered 15th December
Warehouse didn't load my order onto the van
Called me a liar and said they couldn't find my address not that they didn't load my order
Struggling to get my money back on about day 20 of trying. It's 26th January - no product then no refund being issued as yet - disgrace
The quality of my laminate flooring at the price I got it for is brilliant. It looks really nice and if I need any more laminate flooring in the future I would definitely use this company again. The after sales service was excellent. I had to change my delivery date and this was done immediately without any hassle and the staff member who I spoke to was exemplary and polite. Overall I am delighted with the quality, delivery and after sales service.
Ordered flooring on 7th January,now the 23rd and still not received what I’ve paid for! Twice I have now had the wrong colour of flooring delivered.When you call you can only speak to sales.Customer service is email or a non existent call back! Live chat takes 50 minutes for a 5 minute conversation as they are chatting to more than one person at a time.The structure of this company is evasive and incompetent.Once they have your money you are not worth speaking to!
My experience with this company so far has been very good, I ordered my flooring and realised I made a mistake and called and they rectified it straight away for me. The delivery itself was fantastic the driver was very helpful as I was at work he placed it inside my house as it was just my daughter at home. Definitely recommend these guys and will be using again in the future.
Received my order today so it’s not down yet but it looks as beautiful as the sample I received. I can’t believe I almost paid twice as much for flooring when this was as available.Delivery was spot on, communication couldn’t have been better. Delivery driver was amazing, such a nice, friendly guy. Really grateful for all his help.Cannot wait for my flooring to be fitted now, it looks so expensive!
