The products are indeed of high quality and the color match to a previously installed section is outstanding. Unfortunately, the delivery process is severely lacking. I placed my order over six weeks before my chosen delivery date, which was marked as available. Some items arrived a day late, while others, including essential components, came four days later. This caused significant issues as I needed to start my installation at a doorway to align with prior work, dedicating the week to the kitchen/dining area. I had spent the previous weekend preparing, which turned out to be unnecessary. A whole week of work was wasted! I was also taken aback to receive an email from the courier, prior to the delivery date, advising me not to trust the dispatch confirmation from the seller. Clearly, there are underlying issues between them, and I may never find out who is to blame. My advice is to not count on the promised delivery date, as it could cost you a valuable week of your time.
