Disgraceful service. I placed order and chose delivery date. Company took the money and confirmed order. I then heard nothing. on the day of delivery eventually got through on the phone to discover that the products were not in stock and they had no intention to fulfil the order. Another 3-5 days to get refund never mind cost and inconvenience of failing to deliver. Strongly recommend go elsewhere. Giving one star is too generous but the minimum permitted.

Flooring Supplies where very quick at sending out some samples, we have picked the one we like that match the conservatory flooring that was damaged when we had a flood,we are waiting for it to dry out, and we hope to get started in the summer.
The products are indeed of high quality and the color match to a previously installed section is outstanding. Unfortunately, the delivery process is severely lacking. I placed my order over six weeks before my chosen delivery date, which was marked as available. Some items arrived a day late, while others, including essential components, came four days later. This caused significant issues as I needed to start my installation at a doorway to align with prior work, dedicating the week to the kitchen/dining area. I had spent the previous weekend preparing, which turned out to be unnecessary. A whole week of work was wasted! I was also taken aback to receive an email from the courier, prior to the delivery date, advising me not to trust the dispatch confirmation from the seller. Clearly, there are underlying issues between them, and I may never find out who is to blame. My advice is to not count on the promised delivery date, as it could cost you a valuable week of your time.
I strongly advise against using this company. The flooring is substandard, and they shift the blame to fitting if anything goes wrong, which is completely unacceptable. I purchased flooring that came with a lifetime guarantee, but it began to lift weeks after installation. They only blamed the fitting! They didn’t even inspect the flooring. It covered my entire downstairs, so it was a significant investment including fitting. Now, the flooring needs to be replaced. The company claimed they would rectify this, but their email response was completely different. Seriously, do not order from them.
We’re extremely pleased with the LVT flooring – the quality, finish, and overall appearance are outstanding and have completely transformed the space. From start to finish, the service was very professional and seamless. Special thanks to the sales representative, who was fantastic. She went out of her way to assist us, managed to arrange a great discount, and organized free delivery, which was greatly appreciated. Her customer service enhanced the whole experience. Highly recommend both the product and the team.
I only needed one pack of flooring. Anyone who has tried to buy such a small quantity knows that most companies charge a £40-50 minimum delivery fee. Not so with the service here; they dispatched this weight for just £10, making it feasible. The packaging was thorough, and I have enough bubble wrap to last for years. Definitely worth the money.
