Casey was absolutely amazing supporting us with our purchase and guiding us through the process - 5* for this.
Unfortunately, communication regarding delivery was disappointing. Delivery didn't arrive on the date due. When we called they arranged for next day delivery but the floor adhesive would be delayed. We were messaged later to say it's not available until the end of the month. We had to then request a refund. Not sure how you can order out of stock products - this needs improving in my opinion. We received a text on the day after 4pm saying the delivery would be made between 9 and 5... The driver turned up shortly after the text message was received.
