We bought quite a significant amount of flooring from the Sheffield branch. Which all arrived except for a small order of two boxes (3 made three in total). After reading the reviews on here I was very worried but I am very pleased to say that Steve the new manager in Sheffield was able to refund the money for the two boxes. The company has a strict returns policy and getting money back on small orders relies on them having the cash to do it. But I will be honest Steve was excellent and because of his efforts I would definitely go back to them.
