We were most impressed by range of designs - far more than appear on the Floors2Go website. The staff were most helpful and friendly, and the fitters have done a really excellent job. The bathroom floor was a slightly irregular shape, and they have coped with that exceptionally well. We are extremely pleased, and would recommend this firm highly.

Ordered flooring 14/9 (Sunday) told us it would take 2 days to come into shop. Went back 5 days after (Friday) to collect it to be told it wasn’t there & they would need to chase it up. Left it with the guy who called me an hour later to say they would deliver Monday (another 3 days later) of which I said no as we were both at work & wanted the flooring down that weekend. To then be told he would have it delivered to them from the Dudley store the next day (Sat) & get it to us later that afternoon & guess what it never turned up! So we went to the store this morning (Sun now 1 week later) to see where it was & ended up in an argument with one of the staff to be told “it wasn’t his problem” unbelievable! It turns out the flooring wasn’t even at the store (yet again) but they could get it there in 15 minutes of which we told them to forget it & we wanted a refund. What an absolute joke of a company! The manager gave us no apology & the service was shocking. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
The fitter was very good (knew what he was doing) it took 2 days as it was most of our ground floor but he did a neat job with a helper and the attention to detail was excellent. Our Sales Adviser, Raheem, was polite, friendly and extremely helpful and made sure we were kept updated and checked on progress regularly. Would definitely recommend Floors2Go Telford!
They are very good! Following reading all the negative review, I was abit hesitant to be honest but after getting a good quote, I decided to move forward! My experience was very good and I guess the negative reviews dealt with other employees probably. Nabeel was a very informative and communicative person. The fitter Maz did a great job too. Well, I would say based on the other feedback, when you visit there insist talking to Nabeel and ask for Maz as a fitter. I recommend the shop to make Nabeel the manager for a business success!
Absolutely terrible company bought a floor they put it down disgraceful terrible job. Came back out glued it together. Started to buckle and break. Came out 6Times all the fitters were rude and disrespectful and said the job was shit and refused to do the job. A man called Rob came out promising that he would get it put right. HE DID NOTHING. DO NOT Buy from them let alone fit a floor. Now off to the small claims court 😡😡🤞🤞
Avoid at all costs the floor is rubbish aftercare none exhostance they are quick enough to take your money absolutely fuming as it was such a expense and it's rubbish iv complained 3 times every time they say on someone will be coming to sort the issues out they never turn up
Don't even deserve 1 star absolutely terrible service from Sam in the Trench Telford store, measured up wrong, quote didn't even include beading which we asked for. Took 4 days to complete the job after multiple phonecalls and lying about what I said! Wrong amount of flooring delivered. The only good point was the fitter going above and beyond making sure it was finished for me and going out of his way to pick up the additional floor we needed to finish as Floors to go are useless
