I have never written on a review site before, I always give the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately this a shop too bad not to comment and warn others away! I ordered 1 pack, I know only one pack of oak flooring at the start of October and I have just been in the shop after numerous lies from staff to get a refund as I have not yet received my flooring in December. I could not receive a refund as there was no cash in the till and they can't refund my card on which I paid for it under £150??? New to me! The manager told me that I will have to wait until he has enough cash in the till this weekend to refund me???? However there is also another stumbling block as there are another 2 cash refunds due before me so wait my turn!!!!! Please please please do yourself a favour and do not buy from the floors to go Hanley!!! I warned.you!!😠😠😠
