Shop (and my fitter) suggested ordering 10%more than needed for wastage, etc.No problem as you can return excess for a full refund.Try getting that refund though!!!They only do this by bank transfer.Sorry they say that but don't actually bother to transfer the money.After 6 weeks many phonecalls from me and lots of excuses, I eventually demanded cash. I called in and they did give me the cash but what happened to customer relations.Obviously made no attempt to process the refund.
