Two visits to Crossgates Floorstore outlet. First to scope a (new to me) product category, learn a little and suss out prices. John listened and steered, non salesy and gave space to look around and question him. Second visit to purchase LVT and look at carpet options. Again John gathered knowledge of requirements and advised appropriately. Straight talking but professional, never becoming too informal. Also had a phone call in between.
