Manny was especially great, he is very attentive and helpful I chose the right carpet in less than five minutes thanks to him!! Amazing service I will definitely recommend, thank you so much ☺️

Great service, advice and pricing

Two visits to Crossgates Floorstore outlet. First to scope a (new to me) product category, learn a little and suss out prices. John listened and steered, non salesy and gave space to look around and question him. Second visit to purchase LVT and look at carpet options. Again John gathered knowledge of requirements and advised appropriately. Straight talking but professional, never becoming too informal. Also had a phone call in between. Remebered my name on all interactions. Thanks John.

Excellent service from start to finish. The fitters Andy and Manny arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. The carpet was fitted perfectly, with neat edges and a really professional finish. They were friendly, respectful of my home, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.
