I order the Flopping Fish toy and catnip pouch at the beginning of November. The toy arrived but not the catnip. I emailed them and at first received replies assuring me it would be here in a couple of days... then that they would look into it... and now nothing. No delivery, no refund, no response to email, no response on the website chat. Definitely avoid this company.
