Don’t bother !

I ordered two fish. One wouldn’t charge and the other one lasted a short time before it broke.They are flimsy and even the gentlest dog would tear it up quickly. I have tried to contact them but never get back.

Total waste of money

The charge ran out during the first day of use. I recharged it and it ran out again almost immediately. Then the charging point came away and went into the body of the mechanism so I was unable to charge it from then on. So basically I paid nearly £20 for a couple of hours of fun. I bought a replacement on Amazon for half the price which has proven much more reliable. Do not buy from this company - total waste of money.

Waste of money

Waste of money. The order took weeks to arrive and when it did it was destroyed in minutes. My dog isn’t very big either . Don’t bother with this product

Waste of money

Do not buy the floppy fish toy for your dog. Very badly made & dangerous, my dog chewed through it in 2 days & it fell apart. Play Paw do not want to know & no refund offered.

Refunded

Company have got back to me and refunded the cost of Floppy Fish which I am grateful for. I do not think this is suitable for dogs at all. Please advertise as a cat toy only as it is obvious from all the reviews this is not suitable as a dog toy.

Took a while to arrive company is listed as a uk company but ships China the floppy fish didn't last long not suitable for medium to large dogs to soft my dog bit into the battery compartment ripped it apart waste of money

Scam Company

I ordered from them over a month ago. My debit card was charged but still no item has been delivered and when I punch in my order number to track it said no tracking available yet. I reached out to them 3 times and no response. This is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE!
