I have received the toys but need to send them back as cat terrified. However they do not respond to webform or emails, and you have to get a return forms sent to you in order to return and refund.I don't want to just send it back without communication as they may then keep toys and not refund. It says do not send anything back without Thier agreement first Seems total scam. Avoid like the plague
