UPDATE.Since my last review, I've had an email from the company stating that THEY have cancelled my order as they don't deliver to my location.There was no mention of this on the website.Ever WORSE - they have retained 20% of my order value as ADMIN costs.Have been told this is fraudulent and have reported them to the authorities.I suggest you buy this item elsewhere as this company are definitiely dodgy, imo.Have my suspicions that this is yet another scam.Ordered a couple of cat toys as gifts, which came to just under £30.Have had several spammy emails since, one thanking me for my order, one saying they're really busy and that I might have to wait 8 weeks for delivery, PLUS, just this afternoon, one saying I'm being refunded £22, but no explanation or anything.Tried the webform - nothing happened.Tried tracking my order - nothing.Tried the chatbot which states you'll get an immediate response - gave up after waiting 10 mins.Now this MIGHT be a genuine company that have been caught out by unexpectedly high orders, but I'm begining to smell a scam.
