Extremely dissatisfied with the service

I am very frustrated with this service. I don't know how I ended up with a subscription, but I noticed $8.92 was being deducted from my account every two weeks. Despite reaching out via email and phone, they assured me my subscription was canceled, yet they charged me again. When I requested a refund, I was told they don't issue refunds, only credits, which I don't need. I just want my money back, but they keep taking it. What should I do now?
