I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, not once but twice. Both times, the team informed me at the last minute that the flowers I ordered were unavailable and offered substitutes. I paid over 2000, only to receive an average bouquet that any local florist would sell. The cake I received was also quite different from what was advertised. They are clearly misleading customers into paying more for subpar products. I urge you to avoid this service.
