As a new user, I tried this service for my wife's birthday on August 22. I ordered a cake and fresh flowers for delivery that day, placing the order two days in advance. It was a terrible experience. They charged for delivery but didn't deliver until 7 PM, only then notifying me that the items were at their warehouse. Since it was for my wife's birthday, I expected it to arrive earlier. By then, the flowers were wilted. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
