I wish my husband had read reviews before he sent me flowers while I was in India. FloroIndia claimed that they attempted delivery on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered in Delhi but that was not true! After the day had passed, it took me at least 15 phone calls and one more week for them to deliver a shitty bunch of flowers. They made us wait five hours on the promised day of delivery before we gave up hope and then they delivered by the end of the day whereas they were supposed to deliver in the morning!! Every time someone would pick up the phone, they would lie through their teeth saying the courier on its way. Will never use their service again. Stay clear. AVOID!!!
