I ordered a bouquet of 20 roses and a pack of 24 Fererro Rocher to be delivered for my daughter's birthday in Strasbourg. Delivery was done, but a day later, not on her birthday. The pack of sweets they changed for additional 5 roses without telling me in advance. Website chat is not working. Disappointing and unsatisfied service. Not recommended.
