Ordered flowers on a Wednesday (after disputing the difference in price from what was advertised and what was at checkout. When I queried the agent at 24/7 chat said ‘sue us!’) I ordered flowers for over £60 which was supposed to be a Valentines gift to be delivered on the Friday between 0900-2000…….on Saturday I got a call from the flower shop confirming the address…..but by then it was too late. Trying to contact them by phone or by online chat is impossible……how the hell do I get a refund. I’ll never use them again !
