The flowers my fiancee received were absolutely awful. They were old and dying roses that were cut off with 6 inch stems. I had ordered a Valentine’s Day balloon and the delivery guy literally pulled out a ballon and blew it with his breath and it was limp. The flowers were wrapped with SCOTCH TAPE instead of ribbon. I was so shocked and embarrassed that I had to call a local florist to deliver something nice. This company just grabs whoever and figured I don’t live in the country and can’t do anything about it. I am extremely embarrassed at the flowers that showed up and am trying to deal with my credit card company to get a refund because nobody would reply from the florist on this site.
