I’ve used Floral Delights three times now and they’ve been absolutely amazing every single time. They are polite, accommodating, and truly care about customer satisfaction. The flowers are always beautiful and exactly as pictured (if not better).
Their delivery is fast, they communicate clearly throughout the process, and I really appreciate that they provide a photo of the flowers in the recipient’s hands upon delivery. That extra touch gives so much peace of mind.
Highly recommend Floral Delights — I won’t use anyone else!
I ordered their "Cupid's Delight" worth 2,799 on Feb 9, to be delivered on 02/13. I called early to confirm the delivery. When the courier arrived, To my disappointment, they delivered the wrong bouquet, an obviously inferior one. I called them and told them about the error. They sent out another courier to pick up the bouquet (And they should have already delivered the right one, but didn't). A few minutes later another courier arrived, and asked for the item to be picked up. I told them that I was expecting a delivery (The florist made a mistake in the booking process). I called the flower shop again. Some time after, courier #3 arrived. I was hoping that they got it right this time but NO. They sent another subpar bouquet. NOT worth what I paid for. Despite several calls and attempts to give them the opportunity to get it right, I did NOT get the bouquet I ordered. They offered a 15% refund. 15%!!! Not even half of what the order was, not to mention the inconvenience I experienced. I will definitely NOT order again. And I definitely do NOT recommend this shop.I understand that they're busy because of the occassion, but three mistakes without resolution is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Poor customer service and poor quality.
The flowers my fiancee received were absolutely awful. They were old and dying roses that were cut off with 6 inch stems. I had ordered a Valentine’s Day balloon and the delivery guy literally pulled out a ballon and blew it with his breath and it was limp. The flowers were wrapped with SCOTCH TAPE instead of ribbon. I was so shocked and embarrassed that I had to call a local florist to deliver something nice. This company just grabs whoever and figured I don’t live in the country and can’t do anything about it. I am extremely embarrassed at the flowers that showed up and am trying to deal with my credit card company to get a refund because nobody would reply from the florist on this site.
This website has great prices for flowers and can deliver nationwide for free. The price is lower than other online flower shops. They were able to source a good selection of flowers from a local shop and deliver on time for Valentine's Day. Thank you!
