The phone line given to contact the company is misleading. I waited for 11 minutes, even though I was told it would take only 2, only to find my call unanswered and directed to their online form. It’s disappointing as my order has been 'in preparation' for the last 3 hours (a bouquet and a card), and I wanted to know when it would be delivered to a non-residential address.
