Extremely disappointed with the service

No star… but I must select one… My order is still on its way.
My flowers have been ready since Monday.
It's now Wednesday! Do you believe a bouquet can remain fresh for that long?!...
Poor decision on the part of the company!
My previous orders arrived without issues, but this year has been a complete letdown!
I'm sorry, but I have no idea what changes you've implemented in logistics, as there's no communication, no modifications, and no delivery - yet you took the payment immediately!!!
This has been a traumatic experience! Seriously!
I am left wondering when my flowers will finally arrive….

Disappointing experience...

No star… but I can't submit a review without selecting one… My order is still in transit. My flowers have been ready since Monday, and it's now Wednesday! Do you really think a bouquet remains fresh for that long?!... What a poor decision to use this service! My previous orders arrived without issues, but this year has been a disaster! I'm unsure what changes have been made in logistics, but communication is lacking, nothing can be altered, and delivery is nonexistent—yet payment was taken immediately! A truly frustrating experience! I'm left wondering when my flowers will actually arrive…

No way to reach them, no delivery

My sister sent me flowers and wine for my birthday from Canada, but they were never delivered, even though the shipping company claims they did. She couldn't get in touch with them, and they didn't respond. The service has been terrible. That's 90 dollars wasted.

STEER CLEAR!!!!

A week before International Women's Day, I had three orders planned to surprise my partner. NOTHING showed up!! When I complained, I received nothing but excuses. This company is a joke!! I lost 500 EUR!!!

The provided phone line is unreachable

The phone line given to contact the company is misleading. I waited for 11 minutes, even though I was told it would take only 2, only to find my call unanswered and directed to their online form. It’s disappointing as my order has been 'in preparation' for the last 3 hours (a bouquet and a card), and I wanted to know when it would be delivered to a non-residential address.

My flower order status is unclear...

I placed a flower order, and the status just says 'shipped.' The flowers were never delivered, and customer service is unresponsive. I really can't recommend this service!! I want my money back since I spent over 100 pounds!

I used to trust this service...

I previously used this service but faced late deliveries and received arrangements that looked nothing like the photos. After two years, I tried again, and my order is still undelivered. I placed another order with a different provider as a backup, and their service was outstanding. I suggest avoiding this company.
