SCAM - please do not attempt to order from this company.Website advised goods would arrive within 2 weeks - it's now been over 6 weeks and no items ever arrived. I contacted customer support to request a refund as my goods had clearly never been sent. Company refused to provide a refund, claiming items had been sent via royal mail tracking (48 hour service). This was 10 days ago and still no items have arrived.I emailed the company again, stating clearly nothing had been sent out to me, and warned that I would report this as fraudulent activity to the bank if they continued to refuse to provide a refund for goods they never sent. The company then stopped responding.I am now in the process of reporting this as fraudulent activity with the my bank.Steer clear!
