I had a wonderful experience with Sophia Anderson. She was so kind and patient, and she really knew her stuff. She walked me through everything step by step and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She even pointed out things I had missed or didn’t know to ask about, which made such a difference. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days!
I kept seeing the ads for floral secrets and the bras looked so pretty and they seemed reasonably priced. I ordered one and when I finally got it, it was the smallest bra that I’ve ever seen and nowhere near the actual size I ordered. There’s no way it was the size I ordered! I contacted them, they said you don’t need you to send it back, but will you accept another bra at no cost to, I guess “make it right” or something. I said I was willing to try if this one had been mismarked or something. I still haven’t received it, but today I got a charge through my PayPal account and they’re charging me double what I paid for the original bra! I can’t get to talk to an actual person to have it taken off or refunded. PayPal is not disputing it either. Beware do not order from them.!
If it were possible to give zero Stars I would. The only thing I can say positive for this bra is that the band size is accurate and they are beautiful. The problem is that the cup size was for a training bra. I ordered two and only got one. I'm beginning to feel like this is some sort of scam because I am getting no reply and cannot find a way to do the return since I ordered it directly from them.
Floral Secrets Rose bra . What a huge disappointment! It took forever to actually get the bra and now when I have it , it doesn't fit ! It doesn't even look like the bra that was advertised, and it's about 2 cup sizes smaller than what I wear in American size . If I had known it was coming from China I wouldn't have ordered . Buyer beware - just save your money and don't bother with this company !
Anyone who is looking to buy this bra, please be CAREFUL!! They automatically subscribe you to their accounts after you purchase the Bra. it is written in very small writing in the terms and conditions but nothing clearly stating this is what your signing up for. It then takes nearly £40 after 30 days. Even when I contacted customer service they gave me the run around asking me to send more and more info. Stay away from them its a SCAM.
I bought one of these bras as I have been seeing the adverts of social media and they really are the most comfortable bra I’ve worn I even forgot I had a bra on, so then I order one of every colour, not only is the product true to its advertising their customer service is just amazing, I had an issue in which the reply to me promptly was extremely helpful, understanding, patient and sorted the issue for me the are a credit to the company, will be recommending all th women I know to buy these! Thank you again
I bought a few bras and unfortunately they did not fit just right. When I emailed about a return, I got a response from Claire and she was amazing. She worked with me to figure out if I needed a different size. Unfortunately the bras just didnt seem to work for me. But they were very nice bras. Beautiful design and the front clasp was a nice design as well. Claire worked with me to get a refund processed and the whole process was seamless. Based on the customer service i received, I would recommend giving them a try!!
If I could I would give ZERO stars. I ordered 1 bra and was hit with 3 additional charges for $231.60 plus I was automatically signed up for autopay. I tried calling the company several times, listened to a recording saying my wait time was under 2 minutes and after 10-15 minutes I hung up. I’ve reached out to PayPal and my Credit Card Company. Hoping this can be taken care of in a timely mannerCompany got back to me. Told me I didn’t declinethe offer of additional products, expedited shipping and autopay that I had to decline after checkout so they were automatically added to my order! The additional products are not even the same size of the original product I ordered and are totally useless. This makes absolutely no sense. They offered me a 50% refund which still leaves me paying over $100 for a bra I ordered that was supposed to cost $20. I will be attempting to return the entire order for a full refund once I get it. I emailed the company separately and received this response so I am now satisfied with the transaction.
