Tried to order a single item, and approved the charge through PayPal. Look again, and now there are two charges - one is my original order, the other is $87 worth of items in the wrong size that I definitely didn't approve, and it looks like it's a monthly subscription. Emailed the company asking for a refund, and got a generic response telling me sorry, but offering a discount if I kept the unwanted order. I say no thanks, and ask again for a refund. They go radio silent. Had to go through dispute resolution with PayPal before they would provide a refund. By the looks of some Reddit posts, this isn't unusual - extra monthly charges popping up after your initial purchase. Would highly recommend you steer clear. May 2024: Update, it's five months later, and now they want to "try to make things right" - no thanks, I don't trust you in the slightest.
