NEVER ORDER ANYTHING!
I made an order (PAID 66,80 EUR including the delivery) to be delivered to me on April 1. I contacted customer support and "Sarah" replied to me that my order will be delivered in the evening. Around 23:00, my flowers have not been reached to me. I wanted to cancel the order and I could not (The flowers were not prepared). FOR 3 DAYS, I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. April 04, the flowers were delivered to me (?) and then "Sarah" decided to respond me on Instagram nonsense. The flower quality is the worst I have ever seen, too.
They are basically scammers. They will be sued by me.
