I ordered flowers for my friend’s birthday, but unfortunately I made a small mistake in the recipient’s last name. Because of this, the delivery was not completed.
There was no way to contact customer support to correct the mistake, and the birthday passed with no flowers delivered and no refund offered.
Very disappointing experience, especially as there was no communication or assistance available to resolve the issue
At 1st they were good, i ordered several times and then this year on valentine i ordered a bouquet that was received destroyed, flowers look like 1 month old, broken
Packaging was broken - requested a refund- all i could get was a 20€ voucher which is unacceptable - the flower received barely look as 1€!
Very very bad customer service i keep reaching out for my refund no one answers!

I ordered a gift to be delivered on Feb 14 2026. Today it is Feb 23 and until now nothing arrived. Adding on I'm contacting the company but no one is responding. This is the worst and most unprofessional company to order from. I'm mot sure that they aren't a scam !
I ordered a bouquet with a teddy bear to be delivered in Olula del Río, Spain. Not only did the flowers arrive in terrible, wilted condition, but the teddy bear I paid for was MISSING.
I contacted their customer service and they gave me a template response about a 'Quality Investigation'. It has been more than 24 hours since my last email and they are now completely IGNORING me.
This is a total lack of respect for customers. They take your money and deliver a poor service (if they deliver at all). I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank for 'Service Not As Described' and 'Missing Items'.

I ordered flowers for a specific date, but they missed it. What’s the point of having flower delivery for a birthday if it arrives late? It just doesn’t make sense. This has been a truly awful experience, with unhelpful support and no commitment to quality. I will never make a purchase again.
Did not receive order and they won't refund my money! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ordered 2 weeks before Valentine's Day to ensure delivery. The recipient waited around all day but they never delivered. I was emailing them throughout the day for updates on the delivery time and a they kept deflecting my questions saying deliveries may come as late as 10pm. 10pm came and still no delivery. Next day, still no delivery. Submitted several requests for refunds and they still keep deflecting and now won't respond to my emails anymore. It's clear that it's not a real human that I've been emailing with just a chat bot/AI. Please don't lose your money with this SCAM company. ZERO STARS
Wish I could give a zero star I paid INR 9000 for just roses and lilies for valentine's day. Delivery was in Munich there was no update related to delivery and the flowers were delivered on 16th instead of 14th feb and lilies were dried and rose were also dead

I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding the order I recently received. To put it bluntly, what you delivered feels like a complete scam.
The product delivered bears absolutely no resemblance to the premium images displayed on your website. I paid for a high-end, "premium" arrangement, and what was actually received was a cheap, poorly assembled substitute that is frankly embarrassing.
It is unacceptable to charge such high prices for a service that fails so miserably on both quality and presentation. For the amount of money I spent, there are countless actual premium florists who respect their customers. You, however, have clearly chosen to prioritize profit over honesty and quality.
This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I feel cheated. I will certainly never use your services again, and I will make sure to warn others about the deceptive nature of your "premium" offerings on every available review platform.

DON'T USE FLORAQUEEN! This company must be a sham. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain date and paid. Although I received several flattering and assuring emails, they completely failed to provide the flowers. After several inquiries (which were always answered with vague assurances but no real information) I realized that they were not going to deliver the flowers, which were days late. I have had my credit card company chargeback the funds paid. They appear to be a complete fraud, and should be AVOIDED.
