I would give zero stars if that were an option.
I purchased a birthday gift for my friend through their website on 17/03, choosing them specifically because next-day delivery was advertised, which was her birthday. However, after the order was placed and dispatched, the delivery date was changed to 19/03. This was disappointing, as my friend was not at home to receive it and had to collect the package herself, which took away from the surprise. I understand that delivery dates can sometimes change, so I tried to be understanding.
What was far more upsetting, however, was the condition of the flowers upon arrival. The plant had come out of the vase, and the vase itself was upside down inside the box. It was very disappointing to see the gift delivered in such poor condition. As the delivery was to Holland, I believe that if the company is not adequately prepared for international deliveries, this service should not be offered.
In addition, I contacted customer service on 21/03/2026, and as of today (15/04/2026), I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not use or recommend their service again.
