This has been one of the most disappointing and misleading online purchases I've ever made. What FloraQueen advertises on their website is completely different from what they actually deliver. This feels like online fraud.
I paid for a beautiful bouquet exactly like the photos shown on their website, and I specifically chose same-day delivery because it was for an important occasion and a surprise. Instead, the flowers arrived three days late, thrown inside a DHL cardboard box, with no vase, no proper arrangement, and absolutely no care. The flowers were dead, broken, and
completely unusable. It's obvious they sat inside that box for at least two days with no water or protection.
The photos I'm uploading show the shocking difference between what I paid for and what I received. This is not a "delay issue"-this is a total failure of service and a complete disregard for customers.
This ruined a very important occasion for me, and the whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. When I contacted customer service, they simply hid behind "store policy" and refused a refund, even though the product was nothing like what they advertised.
How can you take money for a service you clearly cannot provide? Isn't this considered online fraud?
